Software
Copyright © 2026 Martin Chamberlain. Martin Chamberlain owns Legion Hub, Members’ Hub, the Music Video Bingo module and the original reusable underlying software platform. Permission to use the software does not transfer its ownership. Third-party rights and Club information are distinguished below.
Club information and branding
Greenhithe & Swanscombe Royal British Legion Social Club Limited retains ownership and control of its operational and membership data. Club and Royal British Legion names, crests, logos and branding remain the property of their respective owners.
Member content
Members retain any rights they hold in photographs, messages and other material they submit, subject to the permissions needed for the Club to provide the service.
Third-party material
Open-source packages, services, fonts, images and other third-party material remain subject to their own copyright, licence and service terms.
Current permission for GLSC
Martin Chamberlain permits Greenhithe & Swanscombe Royal British Legion Social Club Limited (GLSC) and its authorised users to use Legion Hub, Members’ Hub and Music Video Bingo for approved Club activities. This permission is currently provided free of charge. It does not transfer ownership or grant a right to sell, sublicense or distribute the software to others. Any future charges or changes to this arrangement must be separately agreed; this notice does not introduce a charge or promise perpetual free use. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.
Events and personal information
GLSC remains responsible for operating its events, administering Club information and complying with its applicable legal obligations. Martin Chamberlain’s ownership of the software does not transfer ownership of Club records, third-party music videos or branding, and does not itself make him the controller of Club personal data.
